How do you measure your ring size?<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

To determine your size accurately, two methods are especially effective: measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits you, or measure your finger circumference directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Measure an existing ring<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Choose a ring that fits you well and that you wear on the same finger. Measure its inside diameter at the widest point, without including the thickness of the metal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a more precise measurement, ideally use calipers and note the result in millimeters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, an inside diameter of 17.2 mm corresponds approximately to a European size 54.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Measure your finger circumference<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the finger on which you want to wear the ring. It should fit snugly without compressing the finger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note the circumference obtained in millimeters. In European sizing, this measurement corresponds directly to your ring size: a finger circumference of 54 mm therefore corresponds to a size 54.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For greater accuracy, take the measurement several times and choose a moment when your hands are neither especially cold nor warm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Between two sizes: which one should you choose?<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

If your measurement falls between two sizes, the choice depends in particular on the shape of your finger and the ring model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a general rule, choose the larger size for more comfort. A ring should pass over the knuckle without excessive difficulty while still fitting closely enough not to slip off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
