Captain Cook Discover Green
The Captain Cook Discover Green takes on the identity of the Captain Cook collection in a construction entirely focused on high-tech ceramic. Its 40.7mm case, black and green gradient dial, and R763 automatic movement come together in a watch with a sporty, contemporary character.
Design and features
The 40.7mm case is made of polished black high-tech ceramic. It has a thickness of 12.3mm and incorporates crown protection as well as a screw-down crown. The fixed bezel is also made of polished black high-tech ceramic.
The dial features a gradient from black to green with a sunray finish. The applied black-gold-coloured indexes, skeletonized hands and moving anchor are complemented by green Super-LumiNova®.
A domed sapphire crystal protects the dial. The screw-down case back combines titanium and transparent sapphire crystal to reveal the movement.
The three-link bracelet is made of black high-tech ceramic. The outer links feature a matte finish, while the central links are polished. It is paired with a triple-folding titanium clasp with quick adjustment in three positions.
Movement and performance
The Captain Cook Discover Green is equipped with the 25-jewel R763 automatic calibre. It provides an 80-hour power reserve and uses a Nivachron™ antimagnetic hairspring. The movement is adjusted in five positions.
The screw-down crown contributes to water resistance of 150m. The watch also features a date display through an aperture.
