Integrated and invisible solar technology
Developed by Tissot, the solar technology of the PRC 100 Solar is based on microscopic solar cells integrated under the sapphire crystal. Almost invisible to the naked eye, they preserve the dial’s aesthetics while capturing natural or artificial light to power the watch continuously.
Long-lasting autonomy, no battery to replace
The PRC 100 Solar runs thanks to a rechargeable accumulator powered by light. No battery change is required. A full charge allows the watch to keep running for several months, even without prolonged direct exposure.
