Captain Cook Discover White
The Captain Cook Discover White reinterprets the Captain Cook collection with a 40.7mm case made entirely of polished white high-tech ceramic. Its black sunray-finished dial features a wave pattern created by laser engraving, while the domed sapphire crystal highlights the collection’s characteristic lines.
This automatic Rado watch is powered by the R763 calibre, featuring a Nivachron™ hairspring and an 80-hour power reserve.
Design and features
The white high-tech ceramic case has a thickness of 12.3mm. It incorporates crown protection as well as a screw-down ceramic crown.
The fixed bezel in polished white high-tech ceramic frames a black sunray-finished dial. The applied black indexes, skeletonised hands and moving anchor symbol are complemented by white Super-LumiNova® details.
The three-link bracelet echoes the case’s polished white high-tech ceramic. It is paired with a titanium triple-folding clasp with quick adjustment in three positions.
Movement and performance
The Captain Cook Discover White is equipped with the automatic R763 calibre with 25 jewels. This movement offers an 80-hour power reserve and uses an antimagnetic Nivachron™ hairspring. It is adjusted in five positions.
The screw-down crown contributes to water resistance of up to 150m. The screw-down case back combines titanium with transparent sapphire crystal, allowing the movement to be viewed.
